Maybe give it a 2nd Chance.
Despite fair conditions of the room noted above, room service was great and very timely. Dinner at the "Craft" restuarant within MGM was incredible and worth the money spent. I believe that the hotel staff should inspect the rooms on a regular basis and change out required items when needed prior to guest arrival. Stained carpets and cigarette burns on furniture should not be first the impression upon check-in at this caliber of hotel. Possibly, this was an exception and not the rule for MGM. Other than the mentioned issues, the room was comfortable, roomy, and a good value.

Excellent!
The hotel is awesome, would recommend. Hotel was clean and is beautiful. It had easy access to the Vegas strip, restaurants, and everything else Vegas has to offer. Highly recommended!
