We liked this hotel very much
Staff was helpful, courteous and friendly. We got lost going there because of confusion at the "roundabouts" that I call traffic circles, and when we called the hotel for directions they confused me further. But when we finally arrived everything was excellent from then on. Loved the room. We were in the pool and spa every day. As we drove down beautiful Oak Creek canyon on the way into Sedona we bought steaks at a general store and we were pleasantly surprised to find gas barbeques at the hotel, so we had a great steak dinner in our room one night. Got some fresh fruit, corn on the cob and veggies at the little open air market there on the hotel’s property. The hotel’s location is perfect. Had a very enjoyable stay.

A great place to vacation!
Though there for a nearby family occasion, the overall ambience made us wish we could spend more time relaxing by the pool and vacationing at this site. Would definitely like to return.

It was so perfect and Convenient too!
We were both pleased and pleasantly surprised at the staff as well as, the comfort of this wonderful little place in Paradise. Both the gentelman that we checked with at first and then later checked out with and the sweet young woman that checked us in, were very informative and warm. Our room was so nice. The pool area and the parking area were both very easy to get to and very comfortable to be alone or with others in. We will definately be back!

It was very centrally located and very easy to get to. It was very well priced and made our vacation wonderful.

Great hotel
It was really a nice place to stay.. The price was amazing and the room was HUGE!! The only downfall is that it is about 20 minutes out of the main area of Sedona. You definitely need a car. It is a bit of a drag because if you want to go back to hotel to grab something it makes it a 40 min drive back and forth each time..

Great Place to stay just the front desk was very RUDE!!
If you are looking for a very nice place to stay this is it. Rooms are nice and clean but DO NOT ask the front desk for help resolving issues.

Poor customer service outweighs quality hotel
Very nice hotel, clean rooms, clean pool. However, they wanted to charge for extra shampoo and conditioner, and refused to give a "zero balance" statement at the end of the stay. Very poor customer service.

Didn’t want to leave
I highly recommend! The room was fantastic. It was very comfortable with everything we needed. We had our own patio to enjoy the views from. It was very peaceful. I can’t say enough about how great our stay was.

Premier Vacation Club at Bell Rock
Excellent place to stay, especially for multiple days. Location good, views from hotel excellent. If in area again, I would certainly stay here. However, I would prefer a second floor room as you hear every step from those above you if you are on first floor.

Oak Creeks Best Accomodations
We stayed 9 days at Premiere Vacation Club and we were so glad we picked this great place to stay. The lobby was so helpful, housekeeping was fantastic, and the king suite was roomy and great views all around. Only exception is that they no longer have a lounge at night for a drink but plenty of places in Sedona which is only about 6 miles away.Not far to Cottonwood and Jerome or Cliff Castle Casino, excellent location. 2 blocks down is an amazing breakfast bakery and coffee shop, think it was Cactus Flour, lobby knows. Be sure to eat at Shugrue’s, Barking Frog or Cowboy Club. We took 2 Jeep tours, a trip on the Verde Canyon Railroad and Chuckwagon Dinner and cowboy show. So much to keep you busy and very nice walking trails. Great place for family vacation. Such a pleasure to stay with this hotel and we definitely would go back,we loved this hotel especially relaxing by the pools with the great scenery to look at.

We loved it
The room was pleasant and of a good size, the kitchen had everything that is needed, i.e. big enough fridge and freezer, dishwasher,oven, microwave, coffee-maker. Fine swimming pool and jacuzzi. The grounds look lovely. Although we did not use it, the barbecue area seemed nice.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Ask for a pool-side room, away from the traffic. No elevator for 2nd floor. Very close to several beautiful hiking trails.

The Vacation Club at Bell Rock Fit Us Very Well
Our criteria were: not expensive, larger rooms than a budget hotel, location to sights and nice and clean. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It met all of our criteria. We think it is really time share properties, being rented as a hotel, which explains why the rooms are suites. The only down side is that if you want to go into the town of Sedona, there is usually lots of traffic on the road from VOC (Village of Oak Creek, where this hotel is) to Sedona. We liked being close to Bell Rock. We will stay there again.
Traveler's tip
To avoid traffic, get out and up into Sedona early in the day. Going home never has traffic.

Unhappy Camper
The hotel obligated us to sign a very harsh liability contract regarding our dog. Upon check out they refused to release us by signing the contract free and clear. Even though they did a walk through and were aware of no damages, they would not sign the release. We were very unhappy and would never ever stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great place to stay
Unfortunately, we didn’t arrive at the hotel until late afternoon and had to leave the next morning. This would have been the perfect place to stay a week or so. The kitchenette, living area, bedroom and bathroom were perfect. The mesas close to the hotel were beautiful and it was only about 10 minutes from downtown Sedona.

Nice Accomadations, would stay there again!
Located at the southern end of Sedona, with red rock mountain views outside of all the windows. Close to restaurants and shopping, There is an outlet mall across the street and a block over.

Away from the crowd
This was our first time traveling to Sedona. Our hotel ended up being on the outer edges of Sedona proper which ended up be nice. The main shopping and hotel area is very congested, especially now with the construction of the new road. We had to drive about 10 minutes into Sedona. However, the views are beautiful so we never seemed to mind. The hotel upgraded us to a one bedroom suite, which was very nice but it had no balcony/patio or view. I would stay here again but would definitely request a balcony with a view.

Some problems at Premiere Vacation Resorts
The room was very nice and the entire property looks great. What we found in the evening and night was that whenever anyone in other units used water, we would hear the noise in the pipes clearly. Also, when the guests in the room above us walked , we heard their footsteps. We returned to Sedona the following week, but decided to stay at a different place

very nice
I only stayed for a short time - but it would have been great threre for a week... very convenient with a kitchen full of stuff to use!
