Great hotel
5 minutes to rental car return, if you know the way, and 15 minutes to downtown and the inner harbor. Everything as expected.

Great place to overnight at BWI airport
Our only complaint was the wake up call never came and we weren’t able to set the hotel alarm clock. Fortunately we always take our travel alarm so we made our flight on time. Had we relied on the hotel wake up call we wouldn’t have made our 7 AM flight as we had to leave the hotel at 5:30 AM.

Good Service
Overall great experience. The hotel staff was very helpful and the shuttle service was great. Only complaint was not all television channels were clear, many were fuzzy. But everything else was fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Ruby Tuesday’s is just around the corner and the shuttle will take you to them. The food was very good!
