problem with cleaning service
2 of the 3 rooms we stayed in were fine. The third room had someone’s socks under the covers at the bottom of the bed. That definately grosses you out. The only response we got was that we should have complained earlier and they would have moved us (we didn’t realized until the next morning). They did not offer any compensation. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

great start to 2009
the hospitality was great..junior suite was spacious..the gift shop/food store was nice...the receptionist was pleasant...the best part was the late check out..we paid a small addition charge...and stayed until 6pm...well worth it!

Very Over Priced
For the amount of money paid for the room per night - it was definitely not worth it. The outside of the hotel and when you initially walk into the lobby - looks elegant. When you take the elevator to your floor of the room - it’s a typical no frills hotel. The bathroom was not that clean - as you could smell urine when you lifted the toilet seat. The shower was a typical shower head with a curtain. Not even a pulsating shower head !! Our bathroom sink clogged - which a guy had to come and fix. There are no comfortable couches or seats in the room. The King size bed was comfortable and clean. There is no pool in the hotel. The "work out" room on the 2nd floor was extremely small and very bare boned. Nothing elaborate at all. Nice place for a very short stay but very over priced.
