Fine Value
l’Ambiance Resort is at the edge of Bodrum city center. It has no view of the sea, but it has a large beautiful pool and enjoys the luxury of open space in an otherwise crowded city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Usefully furnished. Small and tasteful. Hot water for the small shower is intermittant. Included food is frequent, tasty and abundant. Mediterranean style food with abundant fresh vegetables, fruit and bread all well prepared and seasoned. The general staff is helpful and pleasant if often overworked. In the casual environment you will find at l’Ambiance it is best to leave the staff free to do their duties in order that you not notice their need--only their efforts to keep the place neat and orderly. Fine for a short getaway and also a good place to call home during a longer holiday as you explore the area.
Bodrum is hot in the summer--temperature, crowds and prices and great for those enjoying the party atmosphere. Spring and fall find extremely pleasant weather, smaller crowds and somewhat lower prices.
