Didn’t get what we asked for
The staff was more than friendly and quick to respond. We asked for a non smoking room, and was informed the hotel was non smoking, we were always greeted with the smell of smoke on our floor, and at checkout were informed the whole top floor of the hotel was the smoking section even with non smoking signs on the doors.
