Convinient location

A nice hotel, great location and a lot of restoraunts nearby.

Not worth the money

Except for the location, this hotel wasnt a good choice at all. My room was very small and so dusty and smelly, like a 2* hotel, the furniture was at least 20 years old, the carpet 30 years old. The muldy smell in the room...just made me wish to be outside all the time. The lobby has a good look , Personal were very friendly and helpfull and the Rotating restaurant in the top was great...but I wont be there again. Too expensive for that poor room.

the location was too busy for me, would choose quieter area next time.

Family trip to China

Great location. Rooms were very comfortable and the price was very competitive. I plan to stay there in August. Only downside is the fine dining restaurant - way too expensive.

Not worth for that money

hotel is ok, but it doesn’t worth that money. Wait 35 mins in the room for the lugguage delivery and even have to call to remind them to send the lugguage. at this price level but not inclusive of breakfast is really not acceptable.

Great location

Luxury room with excellent service. The location was the best, center to everywhere within a short taxi ride or subway entrance right across the street. Local restaurants right behind the hotel so you had everything nearby.

be careful of the people on nanjang road always trying to sell the "american" something and dont go on a "tea ceremony" with a student who wants to practice english....they will rip you off..

Very good hotel with extremely good service. Fantastic city view from the top floor restaurant + fascinating city view from the swimming pool (whic is free from 6-00 till 22-00). One thing bothers me - they have no first aid kit, i cut my feet and failed to find any antiseptic in whole 48 floors building

Nice enough Hotel and good location

This hotel is on People square so pretty central to everything. Interesting architechture, good food, helpful and efficient staff - nice room (got an upgrade to Executive). Spa pretty good as well.

Great Location

We found this hotel to be wonderful. The location is great and within walking distance to the new fashion market and all the shops and restaurants along Nanjing Rd. The staff were very friendly and many spoke english. They have an excellent workout room with all modern equipment. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The new fashin market is about a 10-15 minute walk west of the hotel. They have everything you could possibly imagine. Bargin hard as they will ask about 10 times higher the price for the merchandise. Have fun!!

Excellent hospitality and location

The hotel people are all very helpful. The location is very near to an underground station and very near to the downtown. The room is rather large and very clean. I had breakfast and dinner there, and they are very excellent.

Best hotel for tourists

Beautiful hotel. Loved this hotel. Excellent service, staff speaks English and always willing to help you. Food great. If I go back to Shanghai, I would go back to this hotel. The location of this hotel is what makes it even better. Accross from People’s Square and the subway is right there. Two big malls close to the hotel. Starbucks inside the mall next to the hotel and another about two blocks.

Don’t miss to visit the Sky Bar at night. Ýou feel like you are out of this world.

Great Location, Great Staff, Great Hotel!!!

This hotel is in an excellent location and I highly recommend it. the room was nice. We upgraded to a room that had a desk/tv just off the bedroom. Very nice staff and David at the concierge desk was a great help. The only downside was that taxi’s were not always readily available - but the staff took care of that as well -- as they would always hail us a cab when we needed one.

Very close to Nanjing Road, People’s Square, and the Shanghai Museum. Tip - have a drink at the sky bar - it’s an excellent view.

Nothing special, but better than average. Room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Staff attentive and polite.

Hard to beat the price!

Good hotel but not the newest on the block. The room felt a bit humid to me no matter how long I let the air conditioner run. But overall all was OK!

An overall great experience. I wish I had more time to take advantage of the hotel’s services such as the swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and very professional.

Great location, accommodating staff

Central location was perfect. The staff, while a little shy, were very responsive and most spoke very good English. The lunch buffet at the main restaurant is very very good. "Skydome" bar at top of hotel is spectacular. The gym is spacious (for a hotel gym) and has brand-new, wonderful equipment. Club-level rooms are two-room suites. Loved the huge shower. That being said, club-level lounge was mostly deserted, maybe the time of year. Breakfast and cocktails there are nice, but very quiet and felt a bit like being in an attic, so don’t know if I’d spend the extra for the club level again.

If you stay at the Radisson, there’s a convenience store just behind the hotel called "Lawsons"... you can stock up there on the usual minibar items and toiletries for very low cost.

Centrally located

The hotel is right on People’s Square (which I feel is the equivalent to Times Square in NYC). Right across the street from the metro station and a block from the pedestrian area of Nanjing Rd. The staff is helpful and for the most part English-speaking.

Would use this hotel again

We were pleased in all respects. Service was very friendly and English was very prominent. Access to transportation is unbeatable and there’s a very good restaurant at the top, that also revolves.
