not impressed
The cooling/ heating system of the room was through old individually controlled air conditioning system, and as soon as it was turned on for cooling it was licking and making the carpet all wet and causing a very bad smell in the room that couldn’t let you stay… very unhealthy…

A nice surprise
I’ve usually considered Crown Plaza’s a 3 star hotel at best. I’m not high maintenance but i do appreciate nice accommodations and good service. This crowne plaza appeared to be newly renovated and they certainly did a nice job. It was a pleasant surprise as the building exterior is not much to write home about. Parking was plentiful and very convenient. Check in and out was a breeze and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return
