Very comfortable stay
Staff was very curtious and helpful. Room was very comfortable...sleep number beds are awesome. Room service was prompt and quality of the food was good. Very convenient walk way system connected to much of the downtown area.

Nice room and view
The Hotel was fine. The room was clean and the revolving resturant was a real winner. The front desk staff were extremely helpful if anything was needed. The place costs some money but you do get what you pay for.
Traveler's tip on dining
The revolving resturant on the top floor is a perfect place to take a date or someone really special. I would stay there again

Not impressed
The Radisson Hotel Duluth - Harborview did not favorably impress me during this stay. Within the first few hours of check-in, I reported the following issues to the front desk: 1) the blackout curtains were ripped, torn, and had holes in them. 2) Both A/C units in the workout room were out of service. 3) The workout room did not have sanitary wipes. When attempting to bring these items to Mgt’s attention, I was advised by the front desk personnel that they do not accept customer comments and that any comment should be sent via the corporate website; although, the front desk person did send someone by to look at my curtains. I do not think sending comments to corporate without involving the local manager first is a good policy. At checkout today, none of those items had been addressed....almost 48 hours later. On a positive note, I thought the breakfast area was unique and a generally good experience. Overall, the hotel just looked worn down. It needs some work and improved customer service.
