Playa’s best hotel!
Great service and great hotel! Stay here if you want 5 star service! Rent a car if you plan on going to the town is my only advice, it ends up being worth it. I will not stay anywhere else when we return.

The Fairmont, Mayakoba
This hotel is top rate. What ever you desire is anticipated and available. The staff is exceptional. The pools are beyond belief. The only complaint I can think of was the mosquitos, there are lots of them. The food was wonderful.

Everything was Perfect
Have stayed at multiple luxury hotels in Cancun / Playa Del Carmen, and Fairmont is by far the best. Have not found the combination of great food, service and a beautiful beach with no rocks / seaweed anywhere else in the Riviera Maya.
