Will never stay there again!
when I checked in the AC did not work and it was 95 degrees outside. Called office and they sent a maintence guy up and he was there about 30 min. waiting for it to kick in and it did not. I called to get my room changed and they said they had not more rooms, whickwas nottrue because the parking lot was only 1/2 full. They did change the AC unit by dragging the wet dirty unit across the floor. It did cool off somewhere around midnight. The room was very dirty and there were stains all over the chairs. I would never stay again nor would I ever recommend it.

Great Location, Retro Hotel
I have stayed in this hotel on occasion since I was a child in the 1960’s! It hasn’t changed much! It is smack-dab in the middle of everything with a killer view especially from the deck above the office. If you want convenience, this is the place (and for an affordable price). You can walk to everything! It is very clean and comfortable, just not with any fancy upgrades. We will definately be staying there again.

Great Location
Hotel was in a great location of St. Augustine. Hotel is very old and needs updating badly but was clean and comfortable for a very brief stay. Bathroom was extremely small. We booked the hotel through Expedia who guarenteed us a King size bed, which the hotel did not have available when we got there. We were extremely amazed that we were charged to park in the very hotel where we paid to stay. The parking fee is the main reason we would not recommend this hotel to others.
