Disappointed
Our very small room service order for 3 cups of tea took almost 45 minutes to arrive, and then the steward arrived with only one small pot of water and one tea cup. We made several subsequent calls to the front desk (because the Room Service key on our phone didn’t work) and each time the staff spoke to us as though we were a nuisance. After over an hour and a half of waiting, we called to cancel the order and again the woman we spoke to was quite curt. Considering the additional expense of staying at a Hilton property, hotel staff should be unusually accommodating and hospitable. Our experience at this London property was not that.
