Not upto date...
Free wireless internet...did NOT work..no one to fix..clerk said his was working just fine.

Not worth the $$
The carpeting in our room was so dirty that it stained our socks, and the stains did not come out even with bleach. Also, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, causing the 3 adults in our party to experience backaches and hip pain. The free breakfast is pretty good, although the room it is served in is unreasonably small for the number of rooms (and therefore number of possible guests). One morning we did not get breakfast because the room was so full. The front desk staff is very friendly, although the same holds true for most of the people in Tennessee.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Don’t waste your money on the Knoxville Zoo during the fall/winter. All of the shows were closed and so were several of the exhibits.

Would not recommend this hotel to others
The room we were in was filthy. We could not walk on the rug in our socks or bare feet. Our socks turned black after 5 minutes of walking on the carpet. The bathroom had mold in it. We will not be going back to this hotel.
