Great for the price
The Days Inn was new and very clean. It was a great location for all of the area sites. We couldnt have found a better place for the price.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
I would recommend the Cog Railway to Pikes Peak. Its a fun ride to the summit. The Cave of Winds was fun also. Had a blast at Cripple Creek and its a nice drive.

Courtious service; very clean.
The hotel was very nice and clean, the maids were very through in making sure our room was clean daily and resupplied. The location was close to downtown Manitou and several other attractions in the area. Good local food nearby and they offered a contintal breakfast. The only real complaint I have is that the motel has thick pillows and it was hard to get a good nights sleep. A choice of pillow would be an added luxury. All and all a very nice place to stay.

Brand new!
I will always look for "brand new" hotels. That was a treat! Only complaint, I stayed in a room with a hot tub. The water temp was luke warm at best. That took away from the experience and the reason for getting a room with a hot tub.
