centrally located hotel
The hotel was quite comfortable and clean. The only problem that we seem to have had was that we were there in the winter and during the day they seem to have problems with their heat. Twice we called down to say our room was cold and the heater was blowing cold air. Both times we were told that they had a problem that would be fixed by 5 pm. This seemed quite strange. When we inquired at the front desk, one of the employees told us that they usually dont leave the heat on during the day. This is not the way a Sheraton should be run.

The romm was not cleaned well at our four days stay The toilet wouldn’t flush We asked for non smoking room but we got a smoking floor The receptionists were not curteous/accomodating
