Unhelpful staff. Apartment was dirty with some applicances broken. Not worth the money.

Adequate Accomodation
It would hqve been helpful to receive directions to the residence, since the town has a complicated one way system. The residence lacks personality and expects a lot from its guests. Room service, as with all other services minimal.

Very comfortable and convenient to all amenities
The apartment was very clean and spacious although a little basic in it’s design and decor. It is centrally located and is close to the town’s market, shops and restaurants. It is only five minutes walk from the beach. The service was very friendly and efficient. Overall I found the apartment very comfortable and I would certainly stay here again if I return to Biarritz.
