unclear on what is needed
the shuttel service can be improved if they make it available more often. suggest to change the toilet floor into nice ceramics or marble. the color is not matching the interior of the toilet.

Best Hotel ever stayed in.
We were only their one night, but our stay was grand. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our rooms were joined togeather like I wanted them to be. ( First time anywhere we have stayed that did this ) He is in a wheel chair and I am his care giver, I have to have a room next to him in case he needs me for something and the way the room was, was so great first time I did not have to go out into the hallway (in my pj’s) to go see about him. Loved the bed so cozey the room the view was just great. Thanks for makeing our one night stay so grand. Will use you the next time we are in town. For sure. *****

Pleasant, albeit brief, stay in a fine hotel
I needed a hotel for one night, in a specific location, and wanted it to be pleasant without being extravagant. Hotel Derek met, and surpassed, all my needs. In particular, the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I would definitely return
