Great Location
This hotel is prefectly situated. It’s a 5 minute walk from the Guggenheim. All you have to do is walk across the bridge and you are there. Along the bridge is a trail that is great for walking along at night. The hotel is also only 3-4 blocks away from a grocery store, ATMs, restaurants, etc.

Okay, but TINY room!!!
The hotel was clean, well kept and in a decent location within walking distance to all. However, they boast "balconies" off of all rooms, which was not the case. I got a tiny room, facing a bricked in courtyard, *(no view) with a window and no balcony. Althought the room was "comfortable", it was quite small. However, it was not particularly "cozy" due to the furnishings. Overall, the people who worked in the hotel were quite pleasant, but seemed a bit overwhelmed due to the festival that was taking place in the city during the week I was there. (There were many drunken tourists running around and hanging out at the bar, and not enough staff to deal with them.)

Hesperia Bilbao, A Gem in Bilbao
Strategically located in Bilbao, Spain, very modern and extremely nice hotel staff, I really would like to recommend this to all travelers who will be staying in the beautiful city of Bilbao.
