Disappointed
It took three trips back to the front desk before we were able to get a working key to our room. The motel is old and dark with a very confusing configuration. The rooms are average and acceptable right up until you decide to retire for the night. Then you realize that every foot step from above can be heard. There must be no insulation at all . We unfortunately had several rambunctious children staying above us who seemed to be unsupervised up until midnight . They were not doing anything wrong just running and tumbling around, but the noise level was impossible to sleep through and we had to be at the airport at 5:30 the next morning. The only plus was being close to the airport, and even then we needed a GPS to find the motel because although it is listed as Comfort Inn Manchester airpoirt it was 15 minutes away. We will never stay there again.

Must have been beautiful in its day
Even with a GPS unit, this hotel was very difficult to find. I finally had to pull into a mall parking lot and phone the hotel. It turns out that the netrance is through the mall parking lot, but signage was either non existant or sparce. The setting though is quite nice, with trees all around and a small river running right through the hotel. The highway and mall are at a distance, separated by trees. Not very tall, It appears as if this hotel expanded into the woods in it’s hayday to keep the woodsy atmosphere, but in the last decade, has invested too little income in maintenance. The staff were very nice, and the continental breakfast was decent, being served in a large room that showed off the surroundings. If you are looking for a clean, inexpensive place, not too far from the airport, just to sleep before moving on the next morning, as we were, this is the place.
The fall changing of the leaves added to the atmosphere of this location.

A Place To Sleep
Check in and out was extremely slow. Upon checkout I asked for a receipt and the clerk kept saying, "I’m still in training and I can’t believe they left me here all alone." It is not a place I would want to stay for an extended period.
