Frostbite
Greeted in room 502 by a temperature of 20C (68F). Turned on the heater and watched temp drop to 19C. Pleasant and helpful staff moved us to room 514. Encountered exactly the same situation. Pleasant and helpful repairmen fixed a faulty valve. Temp cheeped-up to 21C. Arose in the morning to 17C (62F) with NO warm air coming from heater vents.

Nuevo Laredo’s Best Hotel
Very pleasant, helpful, and efficient staff. We felt that parking was also safe and secure. The room was comfortable and quiet, despite the fact that the hotel is an older facility. We will go back again if we are in the area.

Another Great Hotel
I children and I very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms where very comfortable and so where the beds, the restrooms where very clean and the hospitality of the staff was GREAT! My check in and check out was smooth and quick. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay again when I vacation again in Mexico.
