Staff made us feel at home
At first we were a little concerned because the hotel was a little out of the way, but we quickly learned our way around the London tubes and the hotel proved to be delightful. The staff were courteous and "went the extra mile" to ensure guests were comfortable. The pillows are a little firm for our taste, but the room was clean, the breakfast buffet excellent, and the location quaint. Would definitely recommend this family hotel.

Nice, friendly but far
Hi, when I booked this hotel I did not realize how far away from central London this hotel is. The hotel was nice, clean, comfortable. Big room too. I was expecting a small place for the family of 4. Staff were courteous and helpful. Enjoyed the room coffee and chocolate as well. Thank you. The bad part is it can take easily an hour to go to central London. You have to hop into a bus in front of the hotel (it is frequent too), and then ride for about 10-15 minutes to reach a metro station. Nearest stations were Boston Manor and Northfields. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Within walking distance there were restaurants and grocery shops.
This is closer to Heathrow, may be less than half an hour. If you have to Gatwick, set aside two hours to reach the aiport.
