Decent place in Kolonaki, Athens, Greece
Good rooms for a reasonable price in Kolonaki. Service for the breakfast was lacking. I was in a hurry and there was no coffee out. By the time someone appeared I had to leave. If this hadn’t happened I would have rated service and overall satisfaction each higher. I need my caffeine! Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, because there is so much worse out there at a higher cost.

Great location, cool, modern room
I enjoyed my short stay (2 nights) at the Periscope Hotel. The location was terrific with restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance. The room was definitely my style, modern, hip, trendy feel. Loved the king size bed - very comfortable. Downside was construction across the street started at 8:00 AM. Fortunately, I was on business and wasn’t sleeping late. I was told by one of my Greek clients that it is hard to avoid construction noise in Athens. I would stay there again. I only wish that I could have seen the penthouse suite with the outdoor jacuzzi!
