Wallpaper Peeling off the walls. Soaking wet Carpet! MOLD! We didn’t stay!
So, as my husband walk to the room - the owner follows behind with a towel in hand. NOT a good sign. I park the car, and follow in behind them. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, and is being kept on by thumb tacks. I am not kidding. And the carpet is Soaked. Seriously. So, my husband tells the man that we cannot accept the room. Just the smell alone was enough to make us sick. He tried to "explain" why the room looked that way. Not acceptable. Please do yourself a favor, do not stay.
