Aircraftnoise!
While the location is great for catching a plane the next day, the noise of aircraft ( seemingly just above your head!!) is really loud and constant until 10.30pm and starting at 5.30am. the service at this hotel is good and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It was good to have free internet access in the hotel lounge.

Not so close to Heathrow and far away from any underground station
I thought the ubication of the hotel was very close to Heathrow and that is why I stayed there but in fact I had to take a taxi to go to and from the airport so it would be cheaper to stay in a hotel closer to the terminal. On the other hand, the room was in building outside the main building and that was pretty unmcomfortable.

GREAT
This was the best hotel of our trip through Europe. If you’re traveling to see the sites of London this is a little far out, but not that difficult with the underground. The room was "American size" very clean. The airport was nearby, but I’m not a super light sleeper so it wasn’t an issue at all. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved this hotel!
Traveler's tip
After getting off at the Hounslow West tube stop take the H91 bus just a few stops and you’ll arrive right infront of the hotel. Hop back on the same bus from the hotel and within a few stops you’ll arrive at the Osterley tube station. So convienent!
