Say NO to Knights, unless you want a sleepless night...
This place was horrible. The only decent things about it were convenience of location and it was relatively clean. We had 2 small children with us and put them in the second room of our adjoining suite. When we checked on them about a half-hour after they were asleep, we discovered the heat wasn’t working in that room. After playing with the thermostat and investigating the unit the next morning, we discovered that it was intentionally disabled! As well, it seemed like this place was the ’go-to’ spot for everyone in town that needed a room for a couple hours, if you catch my drift. The staff was unaccommodating and RUDE when we explained our problems to them the next morning. Avoid this place.

Can’t Wait To Go Back!!!
We had an awesome time at the Knights Inn in Yakima, WA and can’t wait to go back!! We were greeted by the very friendly and helpful front desk employee!! We swam in the very cool, but refreshing pool and loved the A/C in the room!! Thanks for a great time and I recommend it to everyone!!

Will not return
The employees were very nice and tried to be helpful, however the condition of the room was unacceptable. The carpet was very dirty; it was discolored black and was sticky and greasy. The air conditioner did not work(on a 95 degree day)until 10 pm when the manager came to fix it because the maintenance person never showed up. My family had reserved a room for two nights and left as soon as we could the next morning.
