Great hotel, hot bed.
Hotel was great. Service just fine. Only concern, tempurpedic (or whatever) bed was very hot--too warm for confortable nights sleep. Surface, texture, bedding was great. Just holds too much body heat. I’m used to a select comfort. Maybe the contrast was just too unfamiliar. But thanks for a great stay.

pleasant surprise
The staff were among the most friendly and helpful people I have ever come across. They were warm and efficient, from the housekeeper to the desk clerks to the gentleman who waited on us at the complimentary breakfast buffet. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was a most pleasant surprise to have such nice accommodations for such an excellent rate.

This hotel was right in the heart of a good deal of shopping: Staples, Macy’s, Sears, and a number of restaurants all right there, some within walking distance.
