Just Fine
Everything was just fine - clean, quiet and friendly. The receptionist was very willing to help us with the pronunciation of local words when we asked.

One of the Best in the Area
We had an average hotel stay at the Best Western. It is probably one of the best places to stay in the Canyon De Chelly area.

What you would expect.
There are not too many places to stay in Chinle, so this is probably your best bet. You can’t expect too much from a Best Western, so it is what it is; however, Chinle is a little run down and seedy for our taste. They should charge a modest admission to Canyon de Chelly to help out the local economy.
Traveler's tip on dining
Breakfast at the Junction Corner affiliated with the Best Western was fine. Arizona seems to be a fast food paradise and lacks anything close to what one can find in NYC.
