shuttle service to airport was not worthed.
I have to say that this service attracted me to this hotel, as we were not staying in Milan but flying out of it early in the morning, first you have to call them to come and pick you up so think about that, you might need to pay as much as you pay a cab to take you to a near by hotel just to make a call and then, it took them half an hour to come and pick us up and the hotel was just 10 min away and after they showed up we had to wait another ten min to pick up some other traveler who never showed up! When I complained, there was no apology! I was told it was not that long, but I had the time of the call I made, recorded on my phone so I was not wrong. Also the time that they recommended to us to go to airport was way too early we had to hang out in the airport for two hours before hour flight, you can say that was partly our fault though.

On the positive side, they have a small and not fancy restaurant but the food was great I think my husband and I ordered everything that there was on the menu and they were all delicious. There are no restaurants near by, by the way.

Mostly what was expected for the price
Good hotel... well located. Only one problem... hotel will only give you one door key (3 in our family). Inside lights will only work when the key is in an indoor slot. Inconvenient when one or more stays in room and another goes out.

Perfectly located in the Brera district with loads of attractions within walking distance.

Check out Osteria del Corso restaurant a couple blocks away across the street.
