Cannon Beach Ecola Creek Lodge is one of Cannon Beachs most recognizable motels with its distinctive Cape Cod style. We are located at the north end of town near world famous Ecola State Park. Our quiet, pleasant inn consists of 22 diverse and charming units. Surrounded by spacious lawns, flower gardens and a central koi lily pond. Some buildings have stained glass windows and a touch of Victorian charm, and our architecture is distinctly Cape Cod style. From our courtyard, you can gaze out towards Ecola Creek, the beach, and the ocean in the distance. Highlights include: All non-smoking, 500 yards from the beach, quiet residential location, and access to a family recreational facility. Some units allow pets.

A nice little lodge
We were happily suprised by this lodge. Our lodge had a large separate living room, a nice quiet bedroom and a full size kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom was a little odd because of its age, but adequate. For the price, it was a wonderful place to stay during a cold fall’s night.

Best place in Cannon Beach
I was so impressed with this hotel. I stayed in a single room with a fireplace, and the room and bathroom were huge! It’s not on Cannon Beach, but for the price and the size of the rooms, it’s definitely worth it. There’s a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room as well. The woman at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful. If you have a pet, they have some rooms that are pet friendly. There was a water bowl and some towels in the room I was in. I’m looking forward to visiting again!
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Ecola State Park is well worth going to. You can spend an entire day exploring the trails and picnicking on the grounds. Haystack Rock is a few minutes’ drive. Grocery stores and gas stations are a little bit out of the way. You’ll have to drive about 7 miles up the 101 to Seaside.
