Days Inn 7350 N Hanley Road Hazelwood, MO
The check in was okay. The people behind the desk were cordial, but not overly friendly. On the second day, when we got home from activities, the toilets in "both" our rooms overfolowed. Someone came to plunge them, but did not bother to clean up the soaked carpet in either room. the next morning I asked a maid to have someone do that, but she didn’t tell anyone. So later on the third day I went to the desk, but they didn’t have a wet/dry vac so we walked on wet carpet covered with towels the remainer of the trip. Room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable

Disgusting.
Awful. I don’t expect much from a Days Inn except for a clean room and fresh sheets. This place had neither. When we got there, we pulled back the bedspread and there was hair all over the bed and the pillows were soiled; the sheets had obviously not been changed. When had to go to the front desk for another set of sheets. We got two crumpled flat sheets, with cigarette burns throughout. We ended up using our own pillows and sleeping bags. The carpet was also filthy. Fortunately, we were only there for one night.

The hotel staff were more than helpful and very friendly.The cleanliness of t hotel room could have been better but the room itself was huge. Convieniently located next to a mcDonalds.Not the best area in town though
