Loved this hotel!
This hotel is beautiful, has terrific places to eat, and the rooms are quiet and lovely. We attended the PBR and loved the extra activities such as bowling and theaters in our hotel. The food and service were excellent. We did wish for a nicer place to walk outside but we managed our walks anyway. We will definitely stay there again.

Great room...everything else, not so much
The room was excellent. Spacious, comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, in-room temp control, nice well-lit bathroom...all around nice. Nothing else was so good. When you walk in you’re assaulted by the cigarette smoke. The air handling system in the public areas are terrible. The folks at the front desk are great to check you in, but don’t do anything else. The food is so-so but certainly no bargain. The housekeeping staff does a nice job, but they are not very flexible about when they make up the room. The exercise room is well outfitted and quite large...but again, who likes to do an aerobic workout when you’re still breating in second hand smoke? Lastly, there is not more shuttle to the main strip. If you want to go into town, you’re either taking an expensive cab ride or the city bus. The bus is nice enough and safe, but it’s still the city bus. Their is an airport shuttle, but even that is difficult. It runs sporadically. And, the one time that we used it, we called to reserve a spot about 90 min before it left. But when we arrived at the shuttle the driver gave us a hard time about getting on since we didn’t reserve at least 24 hours in advance...when the shuttle left, there were only 5 people on a 24 passenger bus...what’s up with that?? All in all, nice room, poor atmosphere & customer service...definitely would NOT recommend.
