A little small and basic...but great view and staff
I was most impressed by the friendliness of the hotel staff. I was warmly greeted and checked in which made the entire experience that much better. The view of Puget Sound was beautiful even though I didn’t have much time to sit in my hotel room and enjoy it. The room itself was a little small and I could hear sounds of people in other rooms as well as people walking above me. I wasn’t in my hotel room that often so it wasn’t too much of a problem. Breakfast was good with muffins, jucie and a waffle maker. Overall, I would stay again.

Ferry location extraordinaire
We could not have asked for a better location to take our first trip on the ferry system. It litterally took 2 minutes to get to the gate. I wish we could have stayed a little longer and visited Anacortes. We pulled in late and left early. Our room was a little small, but with the patio and lawn in front of us, it was perfect. Excellent veiw!
Traveler's tip on dining
You are located away from town (just a little bit), so we had pizza delivered from the Pizza Factory. Fresh & hot. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequit.

nice spot to stay overnight for the next day’s ferry
Hotel desk clerk was very friendly and helpful--she made the stay special. Room was surprising comfortable with a relaxing lawn area outside. For views of the water, ask for a second story room.

Hotel provided a $10 coupon for dinner at a nearby seafood restaurant. Prices still seemed high.
