Horrible place to be

the shower did not work, I had to chage rooms at 2 am so I can shower. they did not let me check in till almost 4:30pm. they have a food menu in the room for ordering, but when I called to order breakfast I was told that they dont have breakfast, but they have a menu in the room, for what I dont know the front desk people are abnoxious, I should have not checked in , but Expedia did transfer me to another hotel, but I did lose my money that Artisian hotel collected from me for 3 night stay. the internet wireless did not work to. I lost one day of business. the hotel does allow smoking by the way, I was shocked because the site says no smoking hotel., Horrible experience.

Cool Hotel Okay Service

Well if you never have been to the artisan it is definitely a place to go and check. out. have a drink at the bar.. The rooms are all themed after different artist. We stayed in the Vargas room. Flipping through the channels we stumbled upon a adult channel.... not a great hotel for kids...?? The bathroom faucet was dripping all night and the beds were not comfortable at all. I will say though that I left some of my jewelry behind. I later found out that the hotel manager goes through each room after they are cleaned and makes sure that nothing was left behind. I left a michael kors watch... dolce and gabanna chain.. gold ring.. and some sunglasses and they held and returned every single item. I was so relieved...!! Cool place for the price.. good service.....

Hidden fees & poor service did not impress

The one "resort" feature I needed (wifi) was out the entire week I was there. Was mislead about the "fix" the entire stay. Finally somebody was looking at the problem when I was checking out (after 4 nights). I was still charged the resort fee (despite them not actually offering the services they promised). Room was not made up on last night. While Expedia did mention the "resort fee". They clearly skipped the daily parking charge (which is an unusual charge in Vegas). Will not be returning to that hotel if I can help it.
