Great Inexpensive Way to See Spain!!
The Apartamentos Mediterraneo was a great place for my husband and I to stay when we were vacationing in Spain. The staff were fantastic, as they were very helpful in many ways. They were also tolerant of our keeping our bikes (we were in Spain training, as we are competitive cyclists) in the hotel room and the such. The beds were not very comfortable for me (luckily we used some foam in our bike carry cases to make the beds better) but my husband didn’t mind them at all. The little kitchenette was a great resource for those on a budget. We are young, but prefer a more quiet scene, so Nerja was a great place to be for us. The Hotel location was great, barely a minute’s walk to the beach and very close to fantastic dining, and shopping. It was only a mile or so from the bus stop also, so that was nice. We would certainly stay here again. Even though the hotel was a bit on the older side, it was well cared for and quite clean. The rooms were only cleaned every couple days, but that suited us just fine. Overall, a great place to stay!
Traveler's tip on dining
Take advantage of the great bakeries and other speciialty food stores. Dining out is great, but can be expensive. The stores are much cheaper than the supermarkets, and the food quality is much better.

Nice inexpensive accomodations
This is a very good choice for access to the beaches, town and services of Nerja. The staff were very helpful.
