Good place, but . . .
This is really a good property, but when we were there the physical plant was "tired." It needs a sprucing-up. No real problems, just freshening. Our room was just fine except for the small bathroom. Fine staff--helpful, very friendly, and professional. Youll need to make sure that you are happy with the rate. Could be overpriced compared to other hotels nearby.

Wonderful hotel, except...
The hotel had several "younger" guests at the same time we were there. After a long day of shopping for various things for our sons wedding we were ready to relax at the pool. We waited for kids to leave and then went down. But, when we got there we were told it was closed due to a "youngster having an accident" in the pool. A kid pooped in the pool. So we asked if we could go to the hot tub. Nope, an older child had broken one of the jets and they had to order a part. The pool was the number one reason we stayed at the hotel. I suffer from fibromyalgia and with all the walking/shopping I was sure a soak in the pool would be great. Also, I would encourage the hotel management to retrain their desk employees to stop calling everyone "guys". As a 50 yr old woman, I dont want to be called a "guy". Not from someone behind the desk of the hotel, someone I dont know.

Traveling with pets
The hotel was very accomodating to travel with my dog. The placed us near an exit to make walking the dog as easy as possible without disturbing the other guests.
