Nice Hotel
Nice hotel but meals are expensive for this part of the world e.g. buffet breakfast $16. If you stay here take a tuk-tuk to town(2 minutes) and breakfast at the Red Piano Restaurant for $3.

Excellent Hotel
This Hotel made my first trip to Cambodia an experience I will never forget. The Hotel is situated on the main strip of Siem Reap and is in easy walking distance to most everything. The bed was comfortable and the room service was excellent. Be sure to try the spring rolls!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
I found it hard to find an ATM the would accept my American-issued debit card. Luckily enough Canadia Bank takes em. Also there is no need in dealing with Cambodian Riel as most places take the US dollar. In fact all their prices are in USD.

Would never stay at this hotel again
Everyone expects high quality service especially from 4 star hotel in Asia. Service was very poor. When asked for restaurant recommendations at the conceirge, the answer was a simple "Up to you" without even giving any options of where the restaurants are. This was just the beginning, fornt desk service was very poor, room service was ok. Room was not up to modern standards, it had an ancient TV and linens were not very good either. I would stay at a different place on my next visit to Angkor.
