Very impressed
I stay at this hotel several times a year and the staff is always helpful. They also remember me, excellent!

We only had a short stay here but it was very nice, we would stay here again.

Not impressed
The hotel was a little less than what I expected for the price. My standard king room was large and the shower was nice. The only problems I experienced were the overwhelming smell of incense in the office which caused my eyes to burn and water during both check in and check out, and the airport shuttle. The shuttle got me to the airport on time, but not with my eardrums intact. The entire way I had to listen to rap music at ear splitting levels. I asked the driver to turn it down, but either he couldn’t hear me or just chose not to.
