it’s a good hotel if you don’t want to pay gaslamp hotel prices and still be in downtown. great nearby restaurants.

Nice hotel, good bargain
Nice, boutique feel to this renovated hotel. The staff is great, rooms were clean. Basically a nice place to land if you are out touring the city during the day as I did with my 17 and 11 year old daughters for 3 nights. Close to all major tourist attractions. Parked on street to avoid garage fees, only hassle was going out to feed the meter @ 8:00 am, not bad. I believe one of the best aspects of this hotel is it’s proximity to Little Italy a few blocks away. Bypass the expensive and mediocre hotel breakfast buffet and head there for espresso and pastries, also whatever you do get some gelato at the first shop from the hotel, you can’t go wrong.
