Great Phuket Hotel!
Great hotel to stay in! The service was outstanding, location was right in the middle of everything but off the main streets so not as busy at night. The rooms were always cleaned every day by a staff that waited on us hand in foot. The spa was crazy! We loved it. The MOOD rooms are the place to be. Would go back in a heart beat!

Nice hotel
I really enjoyed my stay at Burasari Hotel. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The pools were great and the breakfast buffet was very good. I will stay here again.

Good location needs update
The hotel is literally 4 stores away from the beach. Its located towards the end of the beach but still not away from the action. The area is tucked away from the busy street of Patong beach. The hotel looks very exotic. The beds were comfortable. My husband and I stayed at the Grand Premier room. All rooms have a deck or balcony area. The downside would be that the bathrooms need an update. The mirror tiled look in the bathrooms is so dated. There was no shower head in our room so we had to use the hand held shower device and the hot/cold water was not consistent. Overall the hotel service was great. I recommend waking early for their free continental breakfast. They have a wide variety of western breakfast and usually 2 to 3 Thai food choices. My husband and I had a Thai massage in the hotel spa on our last day and I must say its the best we’ve had.

Awesome Hotel!
My stay here was incredible. I got the premier pool room and had steps from my porch into the pool... The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Hotel service was excellent. The location is ideal and it’s only steps to the beach and Soi Bangla Rd is a 5 min. walk.... One problem was them wanting to charge me for bringing a guest back to the room. 1500 baht. I went to manager and explained I was there 15days and no way was I paying. She said no problem and I never paid or had a problem after that. Everything is negotiable in Thailand!! It’s my future home!!! Ill be Back for a 4th time...

Soi Bangla cannot be missed. Go to ROCK CITY.. Tiger Dance club is awesome. Bars are great. Pattaya was a little better.. Try Thai food, it’s great and inexpensive..

This is Not a 4 Star Hotel
The staff and food were great and the food was fairly priced. However, the cleanl9iness and condition of the room left a lot to be desired. Bathroom tile and grout was just down right dirty. The grout in the tile floor room in the room was dingy. Believe it or not, the hotel did not have an elevator although it is a 4 story hotel. All in all a sub-standard experience.

Not Bad
The Hotel is located ideally close to the beach but the entrance is not very grand and does not open in front of the beach but in a lane. The Premier Pool Access room is good but gets damp due to the pool just outside. The breakfast is great and so is the staff. The massages are also reasonable. The location on the whole is good as there are lots of shops and resturants ard the hotel at a walking distance

Wonderful oasis
We stayed at three hotels in Phuket during our 10 day stay, and the Busasari was our favorite. It’s located on Patong near the centre of everything, but is a wonderful oasis from all the craziness of the streets. Beautiful gardens and greenery weaves through everything, and water fountains provide pleasant background music. Very calming atmosphere. Rooms were a bit small, but comfortable. The bedding and towels are plush, and the service staff very responsive to requests. The breakfast buffet was good, well-done spread with omelets by request. We also had lunch at the bar one day, inexpensive for the high quality of food. We loved the spa, which gave wonderful thai massages. Overall, great find for the money. We’ll be back!

Good Hotel, near to the beach
My wife and I stayed in the Serena sand (Mood collection). It’s a very well equipped room, sized, clean. The jacuzzi is in the balcony and is in front of the restaurant area, which is quite different, but the curtain around the jacuzzi give some privacy. The hotel facilities are good with an interesting swimming pool, a lot of trees. The Spa (massage) and the famous Floyd’s restaurant are very pricey, considering a lot of another good options in the neighborhood.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The Burasari is very quite hotel inside, but the streets around are very spoiled. I will consider other beaches near to Patong, like Karon, since the most attractions are located in other places (Phi Phi Islands, Phnanga Bay, Elefant riding, Fantasea, etc).

Decent Hotel
Located around the block from the beach, this hotel was good. THe room smelled a little musty and the garden view from my balcony was the back of the hotel. THe rooms off the pool had a much better patio / view.

Outstanding Staff
This hotel was pivital in making my stay in Patong Beach great. the staff always had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make my stay pleasurable and care free. the spa was relaxing. the food was plentifull and tasty. Staying at Burasar is propably the best choice in my view.

Quiet Oasis
Located just off the busy beach strip, this hotel is a welcome sanctuary of calm, quiet and lush foilage with nice pools. Although the hotel is older and thus has some minor problems with plumbing, (my rain shower never worked); the dense, mature plantings around and in the patios and balcony’s as well as the bar and restuaurants make it worth the slight inconvenience.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Although the pool access patios are nice, being on the upper levels might be less prone to mosquitoes in the evenings; the balcony’s have netting so you might enjoy sleeping out on the huge lounge beds... I wanted to extend my stay and had to use Expedia on the hotel pc to get the same rate.

Best Hotel In Patong Beach
I can not say enough about the Burasari hotel! From the minute you enter their open spaced themed lobby to the clean rooms and sparkling pools, the Burasari is the place to stay!! Floyds is an amazing place, great food and relaxing atmosphere accomopanied by a great lounge bar. Do yourself a fovor and upgrade to the "suites", they are very much worth the extra money!! We stayed in the Premier Pool access room, it was all you could ask for. Their staff is so friendly and courteous, always willing to lend a hand. They also speak very good english, as well as many other languages. They do pool service to their guests who lounge during the day. The swim up bar is really not a swim up, more like a get out of the pool and walk in ankle deep water to a bar. But why get out when they come to you anyway? I do highly recommend taking day excursions. They have an in-house vendor who will recommend trips for you. Take a trip to Phi Phi Island where they filmed the movie "the Beach", well worth the trip. I felt the boat ride out to the site was worth the ticket alone, not to mention the drinks served on the boat and the full spread of Thai and International cuisine offered at no extra charge!! The one trip not to be missed is the eco adventure with Anda Tours, these guys are great and moke your trip even better. From white water rafting to repelling down the side of a waterfall you cant go wrong!! The Burasari made my honeymoon an unforgetable trip! One we will not forget!!

Don’t forget everything is negotiable (except most restaurants), always negotiate a lower price! From clothing to street vendors to water sports on the beach everything has a price to bargain with!! Always aim low and work from there! Sometimes you need to walk away; dont worry they will follow!
