A little bit of luxury
I turned up very early to check in. The hotel staff didn’t even question and although didn’t have my booking to hand, continued to check me in anyway. My room was extremely comfortable and I had an exquisite day by the pool being spoilt by the hotel bar staff. The breakfast buffet selection was stunning. Overall I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Bliss!

worth the price
Breakfast and location is very good, located in the city center, very convenient and the service is very good. Another thing is they do not hold credit limit when we check out.

Fantastic hotel. Very nice room. Great big bed, very comfortable. Nice pool, friendly staff. Great weekend retreat.

4 day stay - very good - Great Islands
Hotel is absolutely ok. Nothing fancy but a very good Hotel. Great food,clean and big rooms, very nice Hotel. across the street there is a large market every evening for great shopping and superb seafood BBQ. A must for every visitor. So enjoy and pick this Hotel quiet, clean and good.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
see above & KK has no nice beaches but you walk (10min) or take a taxi to the ferry (3min) and then go to the islands. Extremly beautiful and offer, Snorklin, bbq, food, swimming, hiking etc. Just a dream come ture.

Very solid resort hotel
Good value, quality hotel, probably better for families than couples. Three good restauants (Tepi Laut - pick & mix asian street stall style gets a special mention here), good golf course, right on the beautiful 3km beach. Occuancy 90% when we were there but neither service nor facilities seemed stretched.

Great Hotel, Great Value
My wife and I were lucky enough to land a web-only deal through Expedia and stay at the four-star Le Meridien for a very reasonable price. We also had access to the Royal Club floor and its facilities. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the best of northern Borneo hospitality in Sabah! The hotel is a couple of blocks away from the city’s bus terminal, and cabs are always available there. We has a great stay!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Sabah is a beautiful state, and, as elsewhere in E Malaysia, a crossroad of many, many cultures. Explore Kota Kinabalu by foot, and go to the many inland parks and attractions.

Le Meridian Kota Kinabalu
Excellent hotel for the price. Very helpful and courteous staff. Only has one restaurant and bar downstairs. The "Gym" is really a fitness center, but the pool has an awesome view.

@mosphere (Atmosphere) is about a 15 min cab ride away, has excellent selection of food for a reasonable price.
