Close to all
Great hotel and layout close to both niagara on The lake and the falls, easy accessiability. Only problem was with bar/resturant service seemed the staff was alittle thin, could have been one missing. Other than that a great experience.

Very accommodating staff
Very nice hotel and location is great for both Niagara and Niagara-on-the-Lake. Employee, Dilyana, and an associate came to our rescue when we were booked for a non-smoking room and found out immediately upon entering the room that some inconsiderate prior occupant had smoked in that room. My wife and I could tolerate 5 minutes, much less two nights, in that condition. Despite the hotel being very busy, they managed to get us another room, not exactly as we wanted but free of the smell of cigarettes. It was very much appreciated because we would have had to go elsewhere and we had checked in relatively late.

Plan on going back next year
Our stay was very relaxing & the personnel were extremely helpful. If they didn’t have an answer to a question, they got back to us in a short amount of time with the answer. Very friendly people that made us feel like the most important visitors there. Would recommend this hotel to everyone heading to Niagara on the Lake. It is also centrally located and within minutes of all the attractions including the falls,Fort George, the Niagara river, Lake Superior, quaint downtown Niagara on the Lake and all of the beautiful vinyards. The scenery is out of this world & the view from our room was serene. We even took a ride in a horse carraige making our trip that much more memorable. We also noticed while driving around & playing tourist that we could not get lost. Even when we took a wrong turn, we always ended up where we were originally headed. The restaurants were charming & the food delicious. The architecture was like taking a walk into the past in many areas & the flowers were breathtaking everywhere we went, starting with walking out the door of the hotel. We have never seen such care given to the beauty of nature anywhere else.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
I covered everything in the hotel review. You can’t go wrong. There is always something to see, somewhere to go. Our only disappointment was that downtown Niagara on the Lake shuts down earlier in the evening than anticipated, 5:00 P.M. for some of the places we wanted to visit. Very charming place to visit & the memories are neverending. I used up my entire camera card in two days.
