neglected, no service
did not expect this from an Intercontinental: absolutely no service, no information (not even a booklet in the rooms) most staff unfriendly, front desk short-staffed, plus tried to double charge me twice

Reasonable value in Lusaka
We stayed for one night en route to safari. Hotel is a long way from airport, but central if you are staying in town. Public areas were great - lovely pool (which we didn’t have time to use), but rooms were more what you would expect from the price. Bathroom badly needed renovating - mold in shower. Service was very slow - check out took 30 mins!! Considering the price, quite good value - but not up to standard you expect from an Intercontinental hotel.

Will not go there again.
Bathroom well below standard. The Bath tub had black stains and lots of hairs when I checked-in. People did not seem very friendly. On checking out I was billed for room accomodation, and they wanted payment, although I had paid upfront through this site. It took a bit of argument to make them belive that I had already paid to expedia. Food there is not very good. Service at Restaurant is poor.
