Really wonderful hotel
I stayed here over Christmas 2008. Beautiful modern hotel and extremely attentive service. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

An excellent experience
This was my first stay at a Rocco Collection hotel and I was very impressed. I have already recommended to a colleague. If you are looking for an elegant boutique hotel with superb attention to detail then this would meet your expectations. Staff was very professional, polite, and pampering. Great overall attention to every detail. My only small disappointment, was the 2 twin beds put together vs. the King I requested. I had not realized this until after I unpacked. I am certain they would have corrected but I did not bother. The quality of linen sheets and plush pillows made up for that. I will certainly try to stay at the Rocco hotel in London’s Mayfair district next.

I stayed here twice, once for a night and the second time for two nights. The service is just great -- they remembered who I was although there was a 3-week lapse from my first to second stay. Both times the room was great. As a traveler from L.A. I appreciated the blackout drapes especially, but also the fantastic bed with pristine linen sheets, top-notch shower fixtures, flat and sparkling complimentary bottled water nightly, and the tasty breakfast. I also got a massage in the spa and used the hotel pool -- just beautiful. I really liked that the whole place is maintained so that you feel it’s brand new. The courtyard is lovely and attracts a stylish crowd.
