Lost Laptop
I left my laptop by accident and they kept it locked up until I could get it on my way back through. The manager drove for about an hour to come back to the hotel to open the office to give it to me. I greatly appreciated it!

Nice Hotel Poor Service
The hotel was nice and clean, however the service was unacceptable. When I made my reservation I requested no down pillows due to my allergies. When I arrived at the hotel the front desk staff seemed confused and unprepared. They gave me the checked me in and gave me a room key, however when I got to the room it was occupied. This was very disappointing not to mention embarrassing. I went back to the front desk being followed by the other guest to find out what was going on. I was given another room only to find a guest in that room as well. When I finally got into an empty room I found down pillows in the room. However someone from the front desk came in to change the pillows out. After all that the room being nice and clean was a ray of sunshine in this disappointing start.
