Middletown-Newport Hotel
Positive: Nice quite place, comfortable suite, pleasant management. Close to Downtown Newport. The best Seafood restaurant around the corner. Negative: Very close to a busy intersection with noisy traffic: trucks, motocycles.

Served it’s purpose
The hotel was very quaint and was at a good location. It was also great to have 3 beds and fridge and microwave. It is an older place. It was very clean but did have some major issues: the shower would never completely drain, when the blinds were pulled up they came crashing down, and the alarm clock would not work. The staff, though not immediately available at all times was very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay in Newport, RI!
the Bay Willows is in a nice quite area, has very clean rooms, and extremely friendly staff! I highly recommend staying there.
