Good time
The was a really nice hotel. My family and I (we had a total of 8 rooms) requested to stay in the same floor close to the pool, and we got what we asked for.
Nice breakfast, and had a great time at the lounge!!! Especially with the free coupons!

Functional Hotel
Hotel is well located and employees are nice. They shouldbe more careful with cleanliness,toilet paper and towels were always requested by us!!!!!

Nothing was working...NOTHING!
When we first walked into the room the face plate on the dresser was on the floor, broke. The TV wouldn’t work, had maintenance come fix that, and bring light bulbs. Only 1 light in room had one. Then the air cooler was broke called maintenance again. They couldn’t fix it. Put us in new room. Elevator broke, had to use stairs. Got in new room found D.I.R.T.Y!!! underwear in bathroom. The pool was out of towels when asked to bring some was informed that none were available to go back to my room and bring a bath towel down. The pay movie channels were not working, Just local channels. Dinner was horrible, never order the fajitas they were dry and cold. All in all a horrible stay!
The Explora Children’s museum is one of the best we have ever been too. Also a little Greek cafe named Olympia Cafe had WONDERFUL!!! Gyro. very nice price also.
