Five star as it should be.
As the door was opened for me I was welcomed into a 5 STAR atmosphere, I felt looked after in every aspect of my stay and the courtesy extended by staff was exemplary. I have stayed over 30 nights each time for the last 3 years and over 30 nights this time and feel qualified in saying the HYATT in Canberra is truley 5 STAR in every aspect of quality.

We found The Canberra Hotel very stylish and full of Australian history..A very classy Grand Old Lady..The staff were fantastic and the rooms were lovely...I would recommend The Canberra Hotel to anmyone and everyone..Love the High Tea in the afternoon..
