Good value
The hotel is outside the city walls so that there is a bit of a walk to get into the center of things. It is an older property kept well but showing the wear and tear. The breakfast on the top terrace is excellent as well as any other food we had there and the personnel is very help- ful and friendly. It’s a very good value for the money and we would stay there again.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If you take the bus from the aiport don’t get off in the town center--the bus stops much closer to the hotel and will let you know if you ask.

Disappointing
Cramped room, not all too clean, hotel staff not very knowledgable although quite friendly. Best feature was restaurant on top floor w/ nice view and decent view. The area was loud and trafficky and not in the location indicated on the map. Outside of the old Venetian walls and to the west more.

Nice place
We liked the hotel and staff. The restaurant was quite good. The room was large enough, but like many European hotels, it was almost impossible to read in it. We had to go down to the lounge to read. Unfortunately the hotel is not close to any restaurants other than a pizza place, a loud, smokey, fast food, and one excellent gyros/souvlkai restaurant.
