Overrated, very bad hotel
The condition of the hotel is really bad. The rooms are old, walls are yellow and dirty, and it smells bad. Towels were dirty. They hardly deserve a 2 stars. I was really surprised and disappointed, because the location is really nice, and was convenient to me since I was there to attend a congress at Palais des Congres. I would definately not recommend it or visit it again...

Extremely professional
For the price we paid (which I thought was quite a bit) I thought we’d get a bigger room. I understand the rooms in France are usually small, but we hardly had room to walk with our suit cases on the floor.

Very accomodating and professional. Too expensive for a family trip though.

Great staff!
Stayed in paris at this hotel for New year’s eve. Enjoyed the comfort and hotel very much. Staff upgraded us to a club floor with a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. Will definitely recommend staying there!
