Monthly Vacation
I take a 3 day vacation every month and Savannah was the destination for June. I choose this hotel based on the reviews of others; they were all right on point. This is an excellent hotel and the prices are very affordable. The location of the hotel is great and it is only 15 minutes from downtown Savannah, about 45 minutes from Tybee Island, and about an hour from Hilton Head, SC. The hotel room was clean and odor free. The bathroom sink and shower were made of marble, or marble-like, and is a pretty decent size. I opted for the non-smoking two queen size bed instead of the non-smoking king size room. I figure why not get two instead of one. The beds and the pillows are comfortable. The walls are a little thin; we had to cut down on the noise a little. Other than the walls the hotel was perfect. The staff was prompt and friendly.
Traveler's tip
The directions I received from Google, which is very reliable, was incorrect. Once you get off the express way, exit 102 Garden City/Pooler, the Holiday Inn will be directly to your left. The directions given online will cause you go to at least 10 minutes out of the way to get to the hotel.

Fabulous!
We had a fantastic time in Savannah and staying at this hotel was a treat. It is very clean, the rooms are wonderful and the staff was incredibly friendly. The pool was clean, well taken care of and rarely busy. The location is great especially if you are catching a flight. You aren’t close enough to hear airplane traffic, but only one exit from the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
